JEOL2100 TEM
The JEOL2100 TEM is a transmission electron microscope within the General Instrumentation Department. It is generally operated at 200 kV.
How to get access to this microscope
Before using the TEM you have to:
- Complete the introduction training by Hetty. Training is only available for people who are experienced in using the JEOL1400.
- Contact Hetty to plan the training
- Book the TEM on the bookings website
- You can only book the TEM after completing the training.

- Bruker Quantax EDS detector large area silicon drift detector (60mm2 ) for energy dispersive spectroscopy
