Biosafety and access
The TIRF is located in an ML-1 room. See the Biosafety section on rules regarding working in this room, and how to get access.
Technical specifications
Light sources and filters:
Epifluorescence mode with LED light sources (non-TIRF): Excitations: 385, 475, 550, 621 nm. Emissions: Band pass emission filters for blue (ca. 450), green (ca. 510), red (ca. 600) and far-red (ca. 670).
TIRF-mode with lasers: Excitations: 488 nm, 561 nm, 640 nm. Emission filters: None
