  1. 1) Use the 100x / 1.49 oil lens
  2. 2) Enable the 2.8x SoRa magnifier
  3. 3) Set camera to "binning 1x1" (no binning)
  4. 4) Obtain a Z-stack: Include lots of blur above / below the interesting focus layers
  5. 5) Perform "3D Deconvolution" (software option) with the standard settings.
  6. 6) Evaluate result and adjust parameters where necessary (e.g. adjust Z-step size, adjust image "noisyness" setting upon deconvolution)
