The Safematic CCU-010 HV can be used for glow discharging, plasma cleaning, carbon coating and sputter coating of TEM grids and other small objects.
The machine comes with two exchangeable head modules. The black head module is used for carbon-coating and glow discharging/plasma cleaning. The red head module is for sputter coating. We have a 20/80 gold/palladium sputter target.
