The Safematic CCU-010 HV can be used for glow discharging, carbon coating and sputter coating of TEM grids and other small objects.
The machine comes with two exchangeable head modules. The black head is used for carbon-coating and glow discharging. The red head is for sputter coating. We have 20/80 gold/palladium sputter target.
